My name is John Salter, and I am the owner and founder of The Salter Center.  For over a decade I taught math and was able to see the community thru the eyes of our youth.  I noticed that they are not being prepared for the world they will live and work in and the gap is getting wider daily.  In this confusion they must figure out and decide what they want to and can do for themselves.  As a member of this community I am working to change that narrative by providing guidance and information through my coaching program.  I am providing a place for young adults to come to learn, engage and have fun through community inspired workshops.  I teach the truth to the youth to change fear into faith, and knowledge to power.
